Each oral session meeting room will be equipped with the following equipment:
Speakers may also provide their own laptops with appropriate VGA adapters or arrange for specialty equipment directly with their symposium organizer (at standard fees). Speakers should test this equipment in advance to avoid unnecessary delays during the session.
To ensure compatibility, especially for animations or video files, speakers should contact the symposium organizers onsite and arrange a test of the technology before the presentation.
Internet connectivity is part of the package for guests at the hotel and will be available in the meeting rooms.
